Medication Refund & Shipping Policy

Medication Refund & Shipping Policy

PRIME Medical Group does not dispense or ship prescription medications directly. All medications prescribed through our clinic are filled and shipped by licensed third-party pharmacies. To ensure compliance with state and federal law, the following policies apply to all medication orders:

  1. No Returns or Refunds on Medications

Due to FDA and DEA regulations, all medication sales are final. Once a prescription has been filled and shipped by the pharmacy, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, even if unopened. This applies to all prescriptions ordered through PRIME Medical Group and fulfilled by any affiliated pharmacy.

  2. Shipping Address Accuracy

Patients are solely responsible for providing and confirming their correct shipping address before any prescription is processed. PRIME Medical Group and its pharmacy partners are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  3. Order Confirmation

Please review your prescription details, including medication name, dosage, and frequency, with your provider before the order is submitted to the pharmacy. Once a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your medication arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect prescription, you must notify PRIME Medical Group within 24 hours of delivery. We will assist in coordinating with the pharmacy to investigate and address the issue as appropriate.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies, which apply to all medications prescribed through PRIME Medical Group and fulfilled by third-party pharmacies.
