Appointment Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as missed appointments without prior notice, will be considered "Late Cancellations" or "No-Shows." A fee of $25 may be assessed for these occurrences.

Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule your appointment to ensure timely service for all patients.

Fee Responsibility: The cancellation fee is the patient's responsibility and is not billable to insurance. Payment of the fee is required before scheduling future appointments.

Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events occur. If such situations arise, please inform us as soon as possible. Fee waivers may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Practice Cancellations: In the event that Prime Medical must cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will have the option to reschedule or cancel without any fees.
